All quotes are estimates based on our initial inspection. Final costs may change if we discover additional damage or issues once work begins. We will always notify you before performing any work beyond the original scope.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Typically, we require a deposit before starting work, with the balance due upon completion. We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

If you are filing an insurance claim for storm damage or other covered events, we can work directly with your insurance company to streamline the process.

Warranties and Guarantees

We stand behind our work with comprehensive warranties. All labor is guaranteed, and materials come with manufacturer warranties. Specific warranty details will be provided in your service agreement.

Warranties do not cover damage from severe weather events, improper maintenance, or modifications made by other contractors after our work is complete.

Scheduling and Cancellations

We do our best to complete projects on schedule, but weather and unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. We will keep you informed of any changes to the timeline.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give us at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made after work has begun may incur fees for materials already purchased and labor performed.

Property Access and Safety

You agree to provide safe access to your property for our crew and equipment. This includes clearing the driveway and work areas, and ensuring pets are secured during work hours.

We carry full insurance and follow all safety regulations. While we take every precaution, roofing work can be disruptive. We recommend removing vehicles from the immediate work area and securing any fragile items.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, hidden defects discovered during work, or issues caused by factors beyond our control such as extreme weather or structural problems.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our work, please contact us immediately. We are committed to resolving issues quickly and fairly.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be subject to the laws of California and the jurisdiction of Marin County courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
